There is a passport photograph booth in Queensmere and Observatory, plus at stores including PhotoMe and Jessops.
Post boxes
For your convenience, there are post boxes located adjacent to the centres high street entrances.
Shoes reheeled, key cutting services and engraving
Timpson Shoe Repair offer shoe reheeling services, key cutting and engraving.
Photocopying & Faxing Services
If you need to do some photocopying or faxing, head for Partners.
Lifts and Escalators
With 6 lifts located throughout the Centre, you'll find it easy to move around, if you need pushchair or wheelchair access.
Payphones
We've located pay phones at almost every main entrance to the Centre.
Taxis
There is a handy taxi rank from both Queensmere and Observatory.
Customer Services Desk
If you need any help, you'll find our friendly customer service staff and security on hand on the malls or contact Centre Managment. Shopmobility equipment and children's pushchairs can be hired from the Shopmobility behind the high street
