Balloon Modelling Elves at Observatory on Saturday 29 December


Charming and mischievous balloon modelling elves will be creating mind-boggling shapes to fill the Observatory with colour and hilarity on Saturday 29 December in the atrium outside Primark between 11am and 4pm.

The elves incredible feats of latex include Impossible Hats, spectacular Balloon Animals, the latest Latex Fashion, UV Creations, and the unbelievable Rubber Heads - hilarious balloon caricatures of shoppers.
