next’s Mega Store launch celebrations

To celebrate the opening of next’s new mega store in the QueensmereObservatory Shopping Centre on Thursday 7 February, stylist to the stars Bradley Taylor will be giving fashion advice and tips on how to dress different body shapes. next personal shoppers will also be on hand to give recommendations.

The event will run from noon until 7pm and take place in the next store which is located in the heart of the Queensmere Centre on Curzon Mall and close to Debenhams, HMV and New Look.

Bradley’s expertise will be free and available to all; there is no need to book an appointment. The personal shoppers will be walking around the store giving suggestions. Two models will also be showcasing next’s latest fashions.

“I’m really looking forward to helping launch the new next store. next is one of the leaders in the high street and I hope that I will be able to help people find the perfect look and style”, said Bradley Taylor.

The new next store will sell a huge range of womenswear and childrenswear at ground floor level, with menswear and homewear located at the lower ground level.

next, which is relocating from its 3,500 sq ft High Street store, joins other major retailers including Primark, Debenhams, M&S, Empire, Virgin Active, H&M, New Look, Footlocker and T K Maxx.

The Centre’s development team created the shell unit from what was the former Littlewoods shop. Criterion Capital invested £5m on enabling works to ensure the unit would be delivered as planned and pave the way for new units to the High Street.

The next opening is the first part of a major revitalisation programme for the old Littlewoods block that has stood empty for a long time. Criterion will be continuing its drive to improve the centre and the next phase will be the expansion of the block’s frontages to the High street to deliver a vibrant modern frontage with large, well serviced units.
