New shops arrive at the QueensmereObservatory
extending its retail offering to customers!
Customers shopping at the QueensmereObservatory will have noticed change is in the air. The shopping centre’s ongoing programme of activity has succeeded in attracting a number of household names extending the retail amenities it offers its customers.
Cardfactory, one of the UK’s leading greeting card retailers, arrived at the centre this September, with a NEXT retail outlet of 20,000 sq ft to follow in December, and value chain Poundstore and fashion outlet Gloria Jeans hot in their footsteps.
The QueensmereObservatory’s clientele will furthermore be pleased to hear even more new stores are in the pipeline set to be announced shortly.
Kevin Smith, marketing director at the QueensmereObservatory shopping centre in Slough, commented: “It is imperative to us that we continue to extend the retail opportunities offered to our customers. Clearly the fact that household names such as NEXT are choosing to open outlets in the QueensmereObservatory shows the investments we have been making towards improving the shopping centre are paying off and making it an attractive location of choice in which to open an outlet.”
He added: “Arcadia’s programme of group rationalisation will mean that Wallis will be leaving the shopping centre but this is all part and parcel of change which is seeing the centre’s landscape receive a facelift.”
